JENNIFER & ALEXANDER - CHATEAU ROUFFILAC (A Perfect Little Wedding)

CHAPTER 01 - VENUE INTRO & DAY PRIOR

American couple, Jennifer & Alexander chose Chateau Rouffilac in Dordogne as the venue for their wedding in France, planned and organised by Perfect Little Wedding.

The venue speaks for itself in regard to being that quintessential fairytale castle on the hill, but due to the weather, it did end up being a 95% indoor affair. Not that that made any difference to the wall to wall fun that this weekend provided!

The weekend kicked off with a pizza & wine party with the food element coming from Le Tube food truck and was followed by a whiskey tasting session in the library hosted by the groom Alexander.

CHAPTER 02 - THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING

The level of attention to detail at this wedding was without doubt one of the highest, if not the highest I have ever been to from the newspaper to the printed elements to the engraved detail on the fans and much much more…

CHAPTER 03 - THE CEREMONY

Planned to be outdoors, the weather dictated otherwise but the upstairs library looked spectacular and it was not the first time this day that Jenny Fairbanks had worked her magic.

The ceremony itself was conducted by Peyton, a close friend of the couple with entrance & exit by violinist Chloe.

CHAPTER 04 - COCKTAIL HOUR

Exquisite canapés by the caterers and a brief window of opportunity to get outside for a short time.

CHAPTER 05 - MEAL & SPEECH

Michelin starred catering and a menu of at least 7 courses plus Jenny F and her team went all out to bring the vision that should have taken place outdoors, into an indoor environment. All I can say was WOW WOW WOW.
