INTRO
Just because it’s the same venue and just 2 weeks apart, does not mean it is in any way going to be ‘the same’ or similar wedding…
2 weeks prior, I covered the wedding of Simone & Matthijs and Megan & Matt’s could not have been more different.
Both had a ceremony rehearsal and a Welcome Party the evening prior, but with S&M their ceremony was going to be taking place inside Barn Number 02 (as I call it) but with M&M (great initials these aren’t they, S&M and M&M?!) outdoors on one of the lawns. S&M’s Welcome Party on the rear ‘sunset’ terrace and M&M at a private restaurant in nearby Saint Emilion.
In fact, the only similarity between the two weddings was the room for bride prep and dancing in the main barn because everything else took place in different parts of the venue which just goes to show how flexible Chateau Soulac is as a wedding venue.

THE EVENING PRIOR at Le 7 in Saint Emilion
WEDDING DAY
So as the title of this post might suggest, this was a ‘Marry Me In France’ wedding and for anyone who does not know what that means, or rather, who Marry Me In France are, they are the largest and most well known independent wedding planners in South West France and to date, I have collaborated wth them on something like 40+ weddings to date.
